“Hello Federal Hill Park fans!

Exciting news - we are planning to honor Memorial Day this year by planting over 2,000 mini flags near the plinth in the park on May 23rd beginning at 8am. This is our 3rd Annual Flag Planting with light food and refreshment available for volunteers. This is a family friendly event and children are welcome to help with the planting.

On Monday, May 25 from 12:00-1:30 PM, there will be a formal Memorial Day ceremony at Federal Hill Park with speakers, music, and refreshments as we spend time reflecting together on our veterans’ sacrifice.

Please join us for one or both events this Memorial Day weekend. Thank you to South Harbor Renaissance (the friends of Federal Hill nonprofit and Baltimore City's Veterans' Commisssion for sponsoring these events.
